- Adjust and Check Preferences in both Mac and Skype
- Asked from the apple support regarding the app (skype) support and OS compatibilty.
I noticed some differences between my gadgets. Here are my lists:
- The latest updates for OS and Skype works on iPhones, iPads, Androids, and Windows.
- Calls (Audio and Video) works properly and doesn't drop after 10 seconds
- Connection is really stable and fast
- Audio is clear
- Echo Test Call works
- The latest update for Mac OS and Skype does NOT work on my Macbook Pro Retina (OS Sierra).
- Calls (Audio and Video) drops after 10 seconds
- Connection is not stable
- No Audio just the sound effects for the Skype app itself
- Echo Test Call does not work (no one is talking, no recording)
***Could there be any problem with my OS or is it just because the app (Skype) itself is still figuring out the bug issues and updates for OS Sierra? If i haven't done the right solution yet please let me know, because I really need to use Skype instead of FaceTime, Viber, and the like. Thank You in Advance Skype Community! ***
