Ingredients:
- 1 pound cooked macaroni
- 1 cup butter
- 1/3 cups flour
- 3 cups milk
- 750 pound cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon salt

- 4 tablespoons
- dry bread crumbs
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Take a saucepan and melt 3/4th cup of butter over medium heat.
- Then stir in the flour and add the milk slowly.
- Bring it to boil and then stir for 2 minutes.
- Take it off the burner and then add cheese, salt, and pepper. Keep stirring until the cheese melts.
- Add the macaroni and mix well.
- Take a casserole dish and mix the remaining butter, bread crumbs and pepper.

- 400g cooked macaroni
- 50g butter
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- 500 ml milk
- 250g grated gruyere cheese
- Chopped parsley
Directions:
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the flour.
- Cook for 1 minute over medium heat. Then add the milk and stir until it acquires a smooth consistency.
- When the mixture comes to a boil, reduce the flame and simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Then remove from the heat and add the grated cheese until it is smooth.

- 2 cups cooked elbow pasta
- 8 ounces Cheddar 1/2 cubed
- 1/2 shredded 8 ounces Colby cheese cubed
- 8 ounces Monterey pepper jack cheese cubed

- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 large egg beaten
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup finely grated onions
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees for 3 minutes. Then take a large bowl and toss the pasta and cheese cubes together.
- Pour the mixture in a baking dish.
- Then take another bowl and add flour, salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, nutmeg and dry mustard.
- Then add sour cream, heavy cream, and onions.
- Pour it over the pasta and sprinkle Cheddar cheese over it. Bake the macaroni for about 35 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound of cooked macaroni
- 3 cups of 4% cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup butter cubed
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3 cups half-and-half cream
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Place cottage cheese in a food processor and process until it is smooth.
- Then take a large saucepan and melt butter. Then stir in flour, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Then gradually add cream and milk.
- Cook for about 2 minutes or till the mixture thickens.

- 1-3/4 cups 2% cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- Take a large microwave safe bowl and microwave onion on high for 1 minute. Then add the macaroni, cheddar cheese, and parsley and leave it aside.
- In a blender jar, combine milk, cottage cheese, mustard, salt, pepper, and process until smooth.
- Then take a baking dish and coat with cooking spray.
- Bake the macaroni and cheese uncovered for 25 minutes at 350 degrees or until it is light brown in color.

- 1-1/2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 2 cups chopped zucchini
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
